Dhaiyan Yoga, located in Morristown, NJ  at 33 Market Street, 3rd Floor (elevator accessible).  One Block South of the Morristown Green, 5 doors down from the Market Street Mission.

We offer many classes throughout the day to fit your busy schedule. Expect to see many new & exciting programs aimed at helping you become healthier, happier and more at peace!

© Prepayment for all 8 sessions is required upon registration.  One make up class may be offered at Instructors discretion.
¨ Classes will be offered when there are 5 or more children registered. Please inquire at the studio. Parents are welcome to observe the Children’s Yoga classes.
Loose fitting clothing is recommended, bring a Yoga mat (mats are available at studio) or towel, a cushion if you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor and wear a smile too!
It is recommended that you arrive on an empty stomach. If you must eat prior to class allow a minimum of 1-hour digestion time prior to class. Two hours or more is recommended.
Please remove shoes when entering the Studio area, fill out and sign waiver/release form and make payments prior to class. For all subsequent classes please sign the sign in sheet.
All classes are approximately 75 – 90 minutes, except for Lunch-Time classes, which are 60 minutes in duration.
Check our web site frequently for special events, trips and the monthly Kirtan. A Kirtan is a small impromptu jam session played with various Indian interments such as Harmonium, Tamboura, Tablas, drums and other Eastern and Western instruments where Sanskrit Chanting is performed in a call and response fashion. It’s very lifting and creates much peace and centering. Bring your voice!

Instructions:  You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (available here for free » http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html).

Once you have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader you need to download the brochures files.  The brochure consists of 2 pages, double sided.  One page lists the daily class schedule (2 files named Classes) the other page lists the rates and class descriptions (2 files named Price List).  

To download the files:

  1. Place your mouse cursor over one of the files (cursor turns into a hand) then right click on the file, a menu box will appear, select Save Target As.  
  2. In the Save As dialog box choose a location for the file and click Save.  
  3. Repeat these steps and download all four files.  

Once you have downloaded all four files you can print them out separately or print out both front pages and then reinsert the front pages back into the printer and print out the back pages onto the front page sheets.  Now you'll have a nice three-fold  brochure which you can keep with you at the office, keep one in your car and another attached to the fridge, maybe even fold one up and stick it in your purse or wallet  this way you always know when the classes are!
